Ysgol y Moelwyn is a small 11-16 mixed school. It is located on the outskirts of the special town of Blaenau Ffestiniog and serves a wide geographical area including the town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, Tanygrisiau, Manod, Llan Ffestiniog, Maentwrog, Gellilydan and Trawsfynydd.
